Hi Amelia! Happy New Year to you too! Thanks for the sweetest compliments! I used to watch a lot of TV, but since I’ve moved to Canada, I had decided to spend my time more wisely and be more fruitful and do things that satisfy my soul, hence the cooking, yoga, and writing
My hb on the other hand, is still pretty addicted to TV but he watches a lot of sports, which I don’t quite fancy. He’ll be going back to Uni in January, so that means I don’t have to nag him to turn down the TV anymore (I hope!!)

Great blog! Glad you like Windsor… I’m from TO, not too far away…
you’ve got great pics on your blog. My food blog won’t be so pretty, I’m afraid… I reserve my energy for photographing knitting stuff. LOL
keep up the good work! It’s inspiring,

Chris –
Thanks a mill for having this website available. (I’m a huge Asian foodie, per my website – always looking for more exotic stuff.) Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending how you look at it), I’ve also now been vegan for two years. So as a rabid lover of rojak, I need to know: where oh where can I buy vegetarian belacan?
I’m a New Yorker, and believe it or not have failed to find anything in our Chinatowns. So any info would be great.
Thanks of course…and best wishes to you and yours!!

Hi! I’m Ms Ivy from Klang, Selangor. I’m going to wedding soon but we suggest to having dinner in vege restaurants. We do not know which place we can find for “Herbal with vege” restaurants. Could you please help us urgently?
Thank you.

Christine,
I’m a civilian Protocol Officer working for the US Army. My agency is in Warren, Michigan.
One of my many duties is coordinating and executing a vast number of retirement and promotion ceremonies. For the past 15 years, I’ve been purchasing most of my cakes from a wonderful woman named Anita who bakes and decorates cakes as a side business; she makes a wonderful French Buttercream. However, last week she informed me that she may have to give up the baking & decorating, because the company that she has been obtaining her “white margarine” from is going out of business (Unilever…..). She purchased a few cases, but when it’s gone — I’m dreading that she will fold up shop! She’s tried a few other brands of white margarine, but doesn’t like the mouthfeel; says they’re too greasy. Might I ask what brand you use or your source? Please let me know, I’m desparate for her to remain in business. Any information you can furnish will be most appreciated. Thank you.

hello, i read your post Vegetarian Restaurants in KL from August 14, 2007. i really do like the pic from the Hare Krsna restaurant with the Indian food on a thali. would it be ok if i used that pic on my blog as part of the banner and on a business card that i am designing? i would be happy to give proper credit on my blog and linking back to your blog. if that is ok, please email me the original photo. hoping for a positive response…
