Snow Pea Mushroom Stirfry

Very easy dish to make as well, seasoned with vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, white pepper and maybe a sprinkle of sugar, but generally not needed since the snow peas should be quite sweet already, especially organic ones.  I only use sugar to balance out the saltiness from certain brands of oyster sauce.

I did use celery as well, just had some leftover stalks in the fridge :P

VegeGreen @ The Curve, Damansara

August 15, 2007 · 2 Comments

VegeGreen Restaurant located at an isolated corner at the first floor in The Curve, Damansara, PJ

So my little sister in KL has requested that I look for more places for her to eat because she has moved out of our parents’ house and is getting sick from makan-ing outside at the same places week after week. I googled the net and I found this place. I think it’s quite close to KDU where she goes to college. This place serves mainly organic vegetarian food.

The complete review of this restaurant is found here by the Malaysian Food Guide blog.

Some of the dishes that the reviewer tried are as below, except for the rendang dish, which also received rave reviews:

Mixed Fruit Tea

Special Mix Beans

Hot and Sour Soup / Fake Sharkfin Soup

Fungus Vegetarian Chicken

So, Chermaine, after you’ve tried this place, can you please post your review in the comments sections here? :)
